Reservation Policies
To confirm the reservation we request a credit or debit card guarantee, or in case of not having a credit card made a 50% advance to a bank account, and the following guest information; email, phone number, full name.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or modifications to any reservation before 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival, are free of cost, after this period of time the first night of the stay is charged and modifications subject to hotel availability.
No Show
Guaranteed reservations that are not canceled or modified in writing within 7 days prior to the arrival of the guest, will be billed as no show, for which the value equivalent to the first night in the rate assigned in the reservation will be charged as a penalty.
