Rates & Occupancy
- Room rates are listed in US dollars and do not include taxes (12% government sales tax and 10% IN GUAT).
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy per night.
- Children under 10 years stay free when sharing a room with an adult. As detailed in our rate chart, guests aged 11+ are subject to an additional fee.
- For Villa Retreat bookings, rates include up to 6 adults.
Payment & Cancellation
- All reservations must be prepaid based on the season:
- Wildlife Season: 15 days before arrival.
- High Season: 30 days before arrival.
- Holiday Season: 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellations or changes are non-refundable after the pre-payment date.
- Group bookings have different prepayment and cancellation terms. Email groups@cayugaonline.com

- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Holiday Season bookings require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
- A minimum night policy may apply if your booking creates a single-night gap in availability.
